The name of the winery perfectly represents the soul of the place, a perfect combination of spell and reality , in which the boyish image of the stars is made that make the winery an "observatory from which to peer into the starry sky and where to find, getting lost in its immensity, small bright comets ".

The vineyards enjoy excellent climatic conditions with perfect exposure to the sun and a proximity to the sea that allow the production of wines with a gentle and decisive character at the same time.
