We have reached the end of the year and it's time for rankings and awards. Today, we name the emerging winery of the year according to Vino.com: Dolceriva.

Dolceriva celebrates the excellence of the Veneto region, particularly through its Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG, a symbol of elegance and freshness. This sparkling wine is characterized by fine and lively bubbles, aromas of green apple, pear, and white flowers, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness that makes it pleasant and immediate on the palate.

These wines are perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light appetizers, fish dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine. The wines from this winery embody the elegance of the region, with a modern style that enhances the winemaking tradition of the Valdobbiadene hills.
