Cantine Fina - The Kikè cellar, the first Sicilian Traminer

Cantine Fina is a family-run company, managed by Bruno Fina and his three children, whose qualitative turning point is due to the decision to produce only wines of character born from the plant of native and international varieties in the most suitable plot of land, in the manner of the French cru, driven by the "revolutionary" winemaker and father of Sassicaia who for a decade worked alongside the Fina family, namely Giacomo Tachis . The flagship red wine of the winery is dedicated to him, the "Caro Maestro", a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot , which recalls the legendary wines born from the hand of the unforgettable maestro.

Kiké (white revelation of the year 2017 - Grand Gold Medal at the prestigious and rigorous Brussels Competition) is the best known wine of this extraordinary Marsala wine cellar, whose name is the endorsement with which Bruno Fina used to call his daughter Federica , the first Sicilian Traminer and bet won by Bruno, who always decided together with Tachis to cultivate this variety native to South Tyrol on the north side of Mount Erice. Cantine Fina also includes several authentic expressions of the Sicilian territory, where a favorable exposure to the sun contributes to producing concentrated and full red wines, such as Syrah and Perricone , and whites with dense and rich aromas, including Grillo Kebrilla fresh and floral , a powerful and exquisitely varietal Viognier and a complex and persistent Chardonnay , with an elegant spiciness.
