Casamigos' story seems to stem from a film script and, not surprisingly, the protagonist is George Clooney: the actor is in Mexico with his friend Rande Gerber, husband of Cindy Crawford. They both share a passion for tequila and often find themselves tasting this distillate together without finding the perfect one that will cheer up their evenings with friends: they decide to create it. At this point in the script comes the figure of the Jalisco distiller who, after 800 test bottles of various sugary distillates, finally finds the perfect balance for their tequila. Soon Casamigos would become a Hollywood star.
