A Gin Made in Italy with a completely international look . His distillery, founded in 1906, is managed by the Vergnano family, Carlo, his wife Piera and their children Rita and Valter. The Master Distillers, Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni enthusiastically follow the entire production process of a Gin which, right from the bottle, leaves no room for misunderstanding: it is an elegant, complex and… lemon-flavored Gin ! Their business card: “The best lemons in the world grow along the Amalfi Coast and it is along this coast that the Italian monks invented gin in 1050. We use lemons grown on the Amalfi Coast by distillation of Malfy Gin ”. The idea is to create a Gin that differs from the others for the particular use of squeezed lemons : the juice is mixed with the other ingredients (Juniper, Coriander, Cassia, Licorice and Grapefruit and Orange peels). This process characterizes the flavor as typically citrus, with the lemons of the Amalfi that smell in summer but are excellent to be tasted in all seasons. The range consists of four Gin , the classic recipe, which opens on the nose with pleasant notes of lemon and juniper, to the original Malfy Gin, pure and crystalline, born from the waters of Monviso. Splendid in the packaging, the orange version does not disappoint to the taste, obtained from Sicilian oranges of the highest quality. Last but not least, Gin Rosa, born from the combination of Malfy's typical botanicals, including Italian juniper, with pink rhubarb and grapefruit ripened in the Sicilian sun.
