The Spumante Brut Ribolla Gialla by Còrmons hails from vineyards located in the municipality of Cormòns, the capital of Friulian wine.

It is produced exclusively with Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested only by hand between the first and second ten days of September. After a soft pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method, with a long stay on the lees in a pressurized tank and storage in bottle.
