Limoncello and mandarin and orange liqueurs

Limoncello was born in the early 1900s in the Blue Island of Campania, by Maria Antonia Farace and quickly conquered a prominent place among the most important international markets. The traditional "yellow liqueur" is produced exclusively in Sorrento, under the PGI denomination, which extends from the territory of Vico Equense to Massa Lubrense and the Isle of Capri. Just in Piano di Sorrento, in the heart of the peninsula, the leading company in the production of limoncello was born: Villa Massa, founded in 1991 by the Massa Brothers, which, as per tradition, uses the typical Sorrento Oval which gives the liqueur a superior quality and unmatched features.
