Land of great charm and mystery, of great wines and sensual dances: all this is Argentina, the homeland of tango, the "sad thought that is danced", a magical place where everyone can feel at home, just as happened at Malbec. A variety with exuberant virility and tannicity, the Malbec vine originates from the south-western area of France, in particular from Cahors. Known in ancient times as Cot or Noir de Pressac, it later took its name from the winemaker Malbeck who spread it widely.

The Malbec grape was introduced into Argentina in the mid-19th century: it is a plant that produces fairly large bunches, with berries with dark blue, almost black skin. The wine has an intense ruby red color. On the nose it expresses a bouquet with notes of plum, red fruit and slightly vegetal hints. The sip is rich, warm with an important tannic texture and moderate freshness. Strong character, unmistakable personality: with its intense and aromatic aromas and its dense and concentrated taste, Malbec fully represents the spirit of Argentina.
