Uno splendido duetto, un vitigno per due vini, massima espressione della viticoltura in Abruzzo: Montepulciano & Cerasuolo, l’aristocrazia dei vini abruzzesi. Il Montepulciano è un vino dall’intensa colorazione, dalla complessità dei profumi con note olfattive fruttate di amarena e fragole, sensazioni floreali di viola e lievi sfumature minerali ed erbacee. Un vino semplicemente inconfondibile. Il Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo è un rosato, prodotto con il vitigno Montepulciano nel contesto dell’omonima DOC. Caratterizzato dal colore rosa ciliegia, detto in dialetto abruzzese Cirici, Cirice o Cirasce, dal latino “cirasa”, ciliegia, che è poi la nota dominante, ha un sapore piacevole, fresco, con una buona persistenza aromatica. Una coppia perfetta, i Simon and Garfunkel della viticoltura abruzzese.
