Located north of Lake Como, at the foot of the Rhaetian Alps, the Nino Negri winery is one of the oldest wineries in Valtellina , which extends over terraced vineyards oriented east-west. The valley where the vines are located is divided into 4 sub-areas , from which the wines Grumello, Sassella, Inferno and Valgella take their name respectively.

From the Fracia vineyard , however, subjected to constant renewal, an exclusive cru derives, the result of experiments on Nebbiolo that follow the principles of rational viticulture.

The flagship of the winery is certainly the Sfursat , which thanks to the favorable 2015 vintage has obtained the prestigious recognition of the Three Glasses from the guide of the Gambero Rosso both with the "Carlo Negri" and with the legendary "5 Stars" .
