Pinot Noir - Symbol of elegance in the glass

Pinot Noir is a complex grape, ripens early and is very sensitive to its terroir of origin . It is a red grape variety originating from Burgundy , considered among the most elegant and refined for its seductive aromas , pale color and silky tannins .

It is a very delicate grape, considered among the most difficult but also the most aristocratic, as it manages to excel in refinement thanks to an extremely fine aromatic profile, with notes of small berries and floral notes of rose, jasmine and violet . With aging , the aromas of Pinot Noir acquire complexity, transforming into balsamic and spicy tones of moss and undergrowth, resin, incense, roasting and leather.
