Quadra
Sustainable and vegan Franciacorta
Quadra was born in the early 90's when Ugo Ghezzi decided to buy and renovate a small winery in Cologne Bresciano, in the heart of Franciacorta . In a short time it became an ambitious successful company, able to create bubbles of extreme elegance and harmony appreciated all over the world, which succeeded in establishing themselves thanks to the originality of the Franciacorta interpretation.
Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, the vines most cultivated by the company, enjoy very favorable soil and climatic conditions and extend along the magical terroir that continues from the historic town of S. Eusebio to a large plot overlooking the splendid panorama of Lake Iseo , between Cremignane and Clusane. With the oenologist Mario Falcetti, author of over 120 scientific publications relating to viticulture and oenology, today Quadra aims to enhance the true tricolor bubbles, in a territory that more than any other represents the rebirth of Italian oenology. Another point in favor of the Franciacorta company: vegan products , an excellent business card that testifies to maximum sustainability ; that is behind the production process of these new labels, the result of a low impact wine making process, which does not use animal products for clarification of musts and wines.
