Ronco del Frassino - All the scents of Friuli

Ronco del Frassino owes its name to the many trees that stand majestically and dot the scattered woods of Friuli, a region that has always been extremely vocated to the cultivation of white grapes such as Pinot Grigio (92 pts Gardini), with its saline finish and return of tropical fruits, and Friulano (93 pts Gardini and Maroni), with its classic almondy finish.

The real gem of the production, however, is undoubtedly the Traminer Sauvignon (95 pts Gardini), a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer Aromatico, which is full and intense, with a balanced palate and rich fruity and floral sensations. And Moscato Rosa (93 pts Maroni), vinified dry, a juicy and enveloping wine on the palate, is characterised by excellent persistence.

A masterfully reinterpreted pure international variety, Pinot Nero Ronco del Frassino comes from vineyards located in the most suitable areas of the Triveneto.

A 100% Pinot Noir obtained from a fermentation with maceration at a controlled temperature of 25°C for a period of 6-8 days. Its maturation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12-13°C in stainless steel.
