Tenuta Argentiera

Tenuta Argentiera is located on the charming coast of the Upper Maremma, in the heart of the prestigious DOC Bolgheri , in an area rich, in the Etruscan era, with natural springs and silver mines, from which the winery took its name.

The estate is the closest to the sea of all the denomination and the one that reaches the highest altitude developing from the plains to the hills, so much so that the view from the plateau where its vineyards rise, surrounded by centuries-old maritime pines, offers a panorama breathtaking .

The property has always paid particular attention to this fascinating place, enhancing in any way the nature of a land particularly suited to the production of great red wines . The soils, of various composition, are planted in Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah , vines that in the Bolgheri area take on extremely typical characters, reaching exceptional quality standards.
