The classic mountain method appears in our ranking with Altermasi's 2012 Millesimato and two Reserves: Perlé Nero, blanc de noirs from Ferrari and Flavio di Rotari , again awarded the Tre Bicchieri dal Gambero Rosso .

Franciacorta responds with Quadra's QBlack, Contadi Castaldi's Brut and the inevitable Demi-sec Rosé de La Montina ; while Valdobbiadene appears in the top 10 with a Brut, the Pror di Bortolomiol , and two Dry: the Millesimato 2016 of Col Vetoraz and the Cartizze Arzanà of Astoria, 5 Grappoli Bibenda .
