The Champagne Cuvée Rosé of the Maison Laurent-Perrier comes from vineyards located in the historic area of Champagne.

It is produced with the best Pinot Noir grapes from the company's vineyards. After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate for 48-72 hours, to extract a delicate pink colour and the whole aromatic spectrum typical of the grape variety. Subsequently the wine rests on its lees for at least 4 years.
