Turra Brut, Chardonnay in purity with at least 24 months of aging on the lees for a strong, persistent flavor, with floral and citrus notes intertwined with a pleasant herbaceous hint, comes from a chalky calcareous soil rich in minerals. Same composition for Turra Satèn but with a prolonged aging on the lees up to 30 months that gains in freshness and solidity of taste with hints of grapefruit and rosehip. Perfect for fish and shellfish is also the Turra Pas Dosé which, with a stop of 40 months, enriches the bouquet with hints of apple and white flowers and ensures greater persistence and softness on the palate.
