Salento

Salento, an enchanting sun-kissed land bathed by the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, is one of Italy's oldest and most fascinating wine-growing areas. Here, the art of viticulture is handed down from generation to generation, resulting in wines of extraordinary quality and unique character. The vineyards of Salento stretch endlessly, offering breathtaking landscapes that merge with the turquoise sea.

We invite you to immerse yourself in an unprecedented food and wine journey through the wonderful white wines of Salento. The fresh Verdeca, the complex and fragrant Fiano, and the elegant and sumptuous Chardonnay are just some of the varieties that embellish the wine landscape of this region. But that's not all! The Salento also boasts a splendid range of red and rosé wines, derived from the area's most cultivated black grape varieties. The intense Primitivo, famous for its aromatic complexity and full-bodied structure, the robust and enveloping Negroamaro, the fascinating Malvasia Nera with its spicy and fruity notes, and the rare Susumaniello with its unmistakable elegance.
