Château d'Esclans is located in the Provence region of France. Here, in the hills northeast of Saint-Tropez, some of the best rosé wines in all of France are obtained. With the acquisition of the Château in 2006, Sacha Lichine 's vision was to create the greatest rosés in the world, giving birth to the "Renaissance of Rosé". From this philosophy Côtes de Provence AOC Whispering Angel is born, a fresh and light rosé based on Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) and whose taste brings back Provençal scents and colors and the precious Rock Angel , which comes from the bunches picked in early hours of the day to then be subjected to three selections before being vinified.
Wines with a unique character, which have marked a new style in the panorama of Provençal rosés.
