Bottega has a history of four centuries in the world of wine and grappa.
The company was founded in 1977 by Aldo Bottega who, together with his wife Rosina, founded the Distilleria Bottega in Pianzano di Godega (TV). With the same passion, the sons Barbara, Sandro and Stefano joined the cellar with the distillery . Continuous research and absolute attention to quality make Bottega a company, which produces Prosecco, sparkling wines, great reds, including Amarone and Brunello, grappas, spirits and fruit and cream liqueurs in the name of excellence.
In 2001 Prosecco Gold was launched, which has become a real legend at an international level , thanks to the widespread presence in the airports and on the wine lists of some of the most famous airlines, so much so that it became the third sparkling wine brand for sales in the Travel Retail channel , after Möet & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot.
