The name Tails Cocktails and the feather symbol take inspiration from the ancient legend of the origin of cocktails. The story goes that in 1779, in inns, rooster feathers were used to mix drinks and at the same time as a colored garnish. These drinks then took the name of "COCKTAIL". For this reason, the rooster's feather has always been our symbol of recognition.
