Description
The Barbaresco Serraboella by Paitin comes from the Serraboella cru, where on the steepest and warmest slope, Nebbiolo grapes possess a unique character, and power and volume unravel in an elegant texture.
The resulting wine undergoes a long maceration on the skins. Afterwards, it rests in barrels for no less than 18 months and, when the structure allows, even a full two years, acquiring structure and elegance.
In the glass, this Barbaresco displays all its finesse, with its clear color and the bouquet of aromas typical of Nebbiolo, where pronounced notes of violet and rose stand out. Refined on the palate, it is enveloping and elegant like a silk scarf.
A precious and elegant Barbaresco, ideal for impressing your guests with the king of wines from the Langhe.
