Description

The Reflet Rosé by Marquis de Pomereuil is a refined Champagne that celebrates the predominance of Pinot Noir with a small portion of Chardonnay, sourced from the renowned vineyards of Les Riceys and the Côte des Bar. This cuvée stems from the maison's commitment to enhancing the fruity expression and elegance typical of the region, offering a wine suitable for multiple festive occasions.

The winemaking involves alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation to promote greater roundness. About 30% of reserve wines are incorporated to add complexity and consistency.

The bouquet is subtle and inviting with aromas of red fruits and light spicy notes, while the sip offers flavors of black cherry, soft and lively, with a fresh finish slightly enriched by a hint of liquorice.

It pairs excellently with dishes like lamb with chanterelles.
