Description

Il Fedele di Lanciani is an organic Marche Rosso made from 100% Montepulciano, grown in the Montefiore dell’Aso area at 450 meters above sea level, on clay soils and vineyards with an average age of about twenty-five years. This wine authentically expresses the strength and elegance of Montepulciano from the Marche region, interpreted in an organic and local key.

Vinification takes place in truncated conical ash wood vats, a choice that allows for respectful fermentation of the raw material and balanced extraction. The wine is then aged in the same vats for about twenty-four months, a period in which it develops complexity, harmony, and a well-defined tannic structure.

It presents a deep, intense red color. On the nose it offers enveloping aromas of currant, plum, and geranium, interwoven in an elegant and original bouquet enriched by spicy nuances. On the palate, it stands out for its pronounced dryness and significant structure, supported by soft tannins that give roundness and harmony, with a long, persistent finish.

It pairs perfectly with beef fillet, roasted meats, pasta with rich sauces, cured meats, aged cheeses, and dishes featuring mushrooms or truffles.
