Description
The Montecucco Vermentino Irisse by Collemassari comes from the Castello ColleMassari estate, located at the foot of Monte Amiata in the province of Grosseto.
It is predominantly made from Vermentino and Grechetto grapes, hand-picked at the end of September. Vinification takes place in oak barrels, where the wine matures for 12 months, followed by an additional period of refinement in the bottle before being released to the market.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it reveals clear and complex floral aromas, enriched with pleasant notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and creamy, with sweet and savory tones followed by remarkable persistence.
Perfect for accompanying all fish-based dishes, this white wine is ideal paired with appetizers and fresh cheeses.
