Description
Pecorino Armannia was born on the hills of Mozzagrogna, in Abruzzo.
It is produced exclusively with Pecorino grapes, left to macerate for 24 hours and then pressed at low temperature. Selected yeasts are added to the must juice and, at the end of fermentation at controlled temperature, the product stays on the fine lees for 180 days "Sur Lié" before being bottled.
Armannia has a straw yellow color with bright green reflections. The nose begins with vegetal hints, enriched with notes of yellow pulp peach. On the palate it develops a full flavor accompanied by great minerality. Overall it is a structured wine, with a good body and quite persistent.
Perfect to accompany delicate first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish, especially sea bass.
