Here the production embraces natural and eco-sustainable agricultural practices, favors the use of indigenous yeasts in the winery, and minimizes aging interventions to best preserve the aromatic identity of the vinified varieties.

The result are wines like the Bolgheri (92 pt WS), which gathers the depth of black berry fruits such as blackberry and cherry, releasing pleasant hints of aromatic herbs before a long and persistent finish.
