The name Valdo immediately brings to mind the territory of Valdobbiadene, the production area of Prosecco Superiore, where in 1926 the winery was founded that would become one of the most renowned sparkling wine brands in Veneto and this year celebrates its one-hundredth anniversary.

Among Valdo’s cuvées stand out “Cuvée di Boj”, a long Charmat method aged for five months, and “Viviana”, whose Cartizze belongs to the Valdo Atelier Collection. The “Elevantum” line is also noteworthy, featuring a remarkable rosé resulting from the blend of Glera and Pinot Nero grapes, as well as the iconic “Marca Oro”: not only Valdo’s best-known Prosecco, but also one of the most popular in Italy! Made exclusively from Glera grapes, the Extra Dry boasts luscious wild apple notes, sweet hints of acacia blossom and honey. Perfect throughout the meal.

Origine represents the beginning of Valdo's sparkling wine tradition which started in 1926, a eulogy at the time with innovative packaging, the noble junction between past and future.

A selection of grapes with a high sparkling vocation make up the cuvée, made by means of a soft pressing of the grapes and a fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by sparkling wine for 3 months in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method.

The Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene Cuvée di Boj from the Valdo house represents the emblem of the Prestigio Line. The grapes from which it comes to life are grown in the ancient locality "Valle dei Buoi", an area incredibly suited to the cultivation of Glera located within the hamlet of the municipality of Valdobbiadene San Pietro di Barbozza.

The grapes, harvested by hand in the second half of September, are softly pressed and then fermented with selected yeasts under controlled temperature...
