Armand de Brignac
Armand de Brignac was born from the dream of Jean-Jacques Cattier and his son Alexandre to create a Champagne that represents the best quality of the region where their family has been growing vines for over 250 years. The Cattier family resides in the Montagne de Reims and owns 33 hectares of vineyards in some of the most renowned Crus in all of Champagne. Armand de Brignac is always an assembly of three vintages. In this Cuvée de Prestige, the scrupulous selection of the grapes and the best portions of the cuvée guarantees the fruity character of the wine, exceptional softness and balanced acidity. The same attention to detail is found in the cellar: a bottle of Armand de Brignac passes through the hands of no more than 18 highly qualified people. Each bottle is coated in metal and finished by polishing and hand applying French pewter labels. Each employee can make a maximum of twenty bots [1] lilies per hour and no two specimens are alike.
