The Gewürztraminer of the Vielles Vignes line by Arthur Metz was born in Alsace from old vines that grow on sandstone soils with clay and chalk.

The wine is made up exclusively of Gewürztraminer grapes, which are first of all softly pressed, to then be vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.

Golden yellow in color, the nose has aromas of rose and lychee. The sip is sweet and balanced, with good persistence.

It can be enjoyed together with medium-spicy dishes of Asian cuisine.

This Riesling of the Domaine de la Ville de Colmas originates from a composite, clayey and stony soil, which gives the wine freshness as well as a delicate and harmonious bouquet, an expression of the preciousness of the Alsatian territory. It is produced entirely with Pinot Bianco grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C for 3 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages for 4 months on the fine lees, before being bottled.
