Description
Dalmore Distillery's 12 Years Old Scotch whiskey comes to life in Alness, in the heart of the Highlands. Initially left to rest in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels, it is divided into two parts: one continues aging in oak barrels while the other ages in rare and ancient Sherry Matusalem Oloroso barrels. Once assembled, it remains to refine for some time to reach the perfect degree of harmony.
In the glass it has an amber color reminiscent of caramel. Its fascinating and complex aromas are reminiscent of citrus fruits, chocolate and spices. The entrance on the palate seduces by a singular combination of sweetness and richness that insists on citrus sensations, of Sherry, vanilla and coffee.
Perfect to be enjoyed after dinner on ice cubes.
