Description

The 12 Years Old Scotch whisky from the Dalmore distillery comes to life in Alness, in the heart of the Highlands. Initially left to rest in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels, it is divided into two parts: one continues aging in oak barrels while the other ages in rare and ancient Sherry Matusalem Oloroso casks. Once assembled, it is left to refine a little longer to reach the perfect degree of harmony.

In the glass, it has an amber color reminiscent of caramel. Its fascinating and complex aromas evoke citrus fruits, chocolate, and spices. The entry on the palate seduces with a unique combination of sweetness and richness that insists on citrus, Sherry, vanilla, and coffee sensations.

Perfect to enjoy after dinner on ice cubes.
