Description

Precious whiskey from the island of Islay which carries out 17 years of aging, with very low turbidity, hence the term Unpeated.

Golden in color, it has a typical nose with a hint of peat and notes of wild flowers embroidered with citrus and ethereal hints. On the palate it proves pleasantly vibrant and sapid, for the papillae it is a riot of menthol, beeswax and lemon to which is added an intense note of black pepper that makes it almost spicy.

Ideal to be enjoyed straight, after a very light dilution with a few drops of water.
