Description

The Love Extra Dry of the Santero line 958 comes to life in the spectacular Langhe hills, a stone's throw from Monferrato, in Piedmont.

It is obtained only from white berried grapes harvested by hand. Once fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature is complete, the second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method, followed by ageing in the bottle for 3 months.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections, the colour is characterized by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses intense floral scents, enriched with pleasant notes of white fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, full and satisfying.

Perfect to serve as an aperitif, it goes well with white meat or seafood dishes.
