Where does it come from?
This Sauvignon Blanc from Montes comes from vineyards located on the Aconcagua hills, in the Costa Aconcagua area. The hillside location helps deliver an expression oriented towards freshness and smoothness, in keeping with the character of the grape variety. How it is produced
The harvest takes place early in the morning to process the grapes under favorable conditions. This is followed by cold maceration in steel vats for 6–12 hours, followed by pressing and transfer back to steel. Selected yeasts are added during this phase, and fermentation continues for approximately 21 days, following a linear and controlled production process.
