Description

Cantine di Palma's Nibbio Grigio comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Aglianico del Vulture DOC.

It is produced with pure Aglianico del Vulture grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic red winemaking processes, this fine label ages in French oak barriques for many months, before being bottled and refined in glass.

It has a deep ruby red color, with purple hues. The nose opens with intense hints of black fruits and Vignola cherry, enriched with notes of vanilla, black pepper, tobacco and cocoa. On the palate it is remarkably fresh and with a pleasantly dense and persistent tannic texture.

Nibbio is a long-lived wine that goes perfectly with red meats and aged cheeses.
