Description

The Pinot Blanc of the Signature line comes from the 12 hectares of Clos St. Landelin owned by René Muré. The grape harvest is done only by hand. At the end of a slow fermentation, it matures on the fine lees.

In the glass it appears straw yellow in colour. It releases fresh fruity aromas in the nose with hints of peach. On the palate it is complex but delicate and balanced, with a round texture balanced by a decisive freshness.

Excellent in combination with oily fish or with white meat main courses.
