Description
Alta Langa Rosé Metodo Classico is produced by Duchessa Lia on the hills of Alta Langa, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, and embodies the elegance and sparkling tradition of Piedmont with a fine, persistent perlage and a characteristic light pink color, reminiscent of "onion skin."
Vinification follows the Metodo Classico, with refermentation in the bottle allowing the natural development of bubbles and extended aging on the lees, enhancing aromatic complexity and the creamy texture of the mousse.
The nose is intense and complex, with notes of crusty bread, yeast, and candied fruit, complemented by delicate hints of honey. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a well-balanced structure between acidity and smoothness, and a long, elegant, mineral finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs harmoniously with fish tartare, smoked salmon, delicate risottos, light white meats, fresh cheeses, sushi, tempura, and light dishes based on vegetables or octopus.
