Description
The Chardonnay of Kellerei St. Pauls was born in one of the most beautiful wine areas of South Tyrol.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, which ferment at controlled temperature in wooden barrels and refine for 5 - 7 months on fine yeasts.
This Chardonnay has a yellow color with green undertones. The nose opens with its typical, fruity aroma, reminiscent of exotic fruits. On the palate it is fresh and full-bodied, with a good balance.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes very well with fish and seafood dishes. Ideal also in combination with white meats and risotto.
