Description
The South Tyrolean Gewürztraminer Brenntal Riserva di Kurtatsch Cortaccia was born in vineyards located in the hilly area of Cortaccia, on the Wine Route.
It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being bottled.
Brenntal is characterized by a bright gold color. The nose opens with aromas of peony, enriched with pleasant hints of acacia honey and caramelized orange peel, mango and lavender. On the palate it has a lively acidity and a fresh and pleasantly juicy finish.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and shellfish.
