Description

Alto Adige Müller Thurgau Feldmarschall von Fenner di Tiefenbrunner was born in vineyards located in the Favogna di Magrè plateau, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced only with Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. After a short maceration, the must ferments almost entirely in steel at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C and ages for 7 months in steel on its lees. The remaining part ferments and ages on the lees for 7 months with frequent bâtonnage, in cement tanks for 2 months and finally for 12 months in bottle, before being placed on the market.

It is characterized by a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of white peach and apricot, enriched with floral aromas of sage and jasmine. In the mouth it is well structured and refined, with a pleasant acidity and an aftertaste characterized by mineral notes.

Perfect to accompany pasta dishes and seafood, it is ideal in combination with oysters and traditional Asian dishes.
