Description
The Pinot Blanc Passion of Kellerei St. Pauls is born in vineyards located in Appaino Monte, in one of the most beautiful wine areas of South Tyrol.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Bianco grapes. Fermentation takes place in barriques at controlled temperatures, then the wine ages in barriques for 18 months before being bottled.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a complex and elegant bouquet, with delicate hints of peach and apple. On the palate it is fresh, with a pleasantly structured and sapid body.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with first courses and white meats.
