Description

This Pinot Blanc was born inside the vineyards of Villa Locatelli di Angoris, in the DOC Friuli Isonzo.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Bianco grapes, selected and harvested in early September. After a short cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine is left to rest for 5 months in special stainless steel containers.

Pinot Bianco Villa Locatelli of Angoris is characterized by a medium intensity straw yellow color. The nose offers fruity aromas of Golden apple, apricot and pineapple, with delicate notes of wild fruits and minerals in the background. In the mouth it is dry and medium-structured, with a rather persistent finish.

It goes well with light vegetable-based appetizers, fried egg and light fresh cheeses.
