Armonico dell'Astemia Pentita (Set)

The Armonico wine from L'Astemia Pentita is produced with the highest quality grapes specially selected for this wine, coming from several hilly vineyards of the Piedmontese Langa.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with a slight maceration of some lots. Subsequently the wine rests for a short period in steel, where it refines its fruity and freshness characteristics.

The Armonico has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense aromas of pear and white peach, enriched with hints of sage and rosemary. On the palate it is fresh and characterized by a good salinity that invites you to drink.

Excellent as an aperitif, this wine is perfect to accompany fish or vegetable dishes.
