Barbaresco DOCG 2015 Albino Rocca

The Barbaresco of Albino Rocca was born in vineyards located in the fabulous panorama of Barbaresco, a territory known for the production of wines of great value.

It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested by hand during the month of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barrels for about 20 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by a garnet ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of red fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy notes and delicate hints of licorice. On the palate it is elegant, pleasantly fruity and with an intense body.

Perfect to accompany dishes with meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with roasts, stewed meats and mature cheeses.
