Description

The Barbera d'Asti Zero Sette by Damilano is a red wine from Piedmont produced with pure Barbera grapes, embodying the balance between tradition and personality. Coming from a terroir suited to viticulture, this wine is the result of careful vineyard selection and represents the authentic expression of the Barbera d'Asti denomination, known for its structure and versatility.

The vinification involves a controlled temperature fermentation for about 15 days, allowing the primary aromas of the grape to be preserved. The aging process occurs mainly in steel and cement vats, techniques that respect the purity of the grape variety and maintain its organoleptic characteristics unaltered, giving the wine freshness and aromatic precision.

It appears with an intense purple-red color. The aroma is fruity with light spicy notes, while on the palate it is ethereal, with hints of currant, violet, cherry, and vanilla accents, showing good taste persistence that enhances its personality.

Ideal when paired with red meats, cured meats, or medium-aged cheeses.
