Description

The Barbera d'Alba Superiore di Rapalino was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Neviglie, in the extraordinary panorama of the Langhe, an ancient wine-growing area surrounded by rolling hills and historic vineyards.

It is produced with local native grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 28 ° C for 10 days, with continuous pumping over. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for about 12 months and for a further 6 months in bottle.

It is characterized by an intense ruby color. The nose opens with an elegant and intense bouquet, with complex hints of red fruits, enriched with pleasant cocoa notes. On the palate it is explosive, persuasive and with an elegant tannins.

Perfect to accompany red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
