Description

The Barbera D'Asti Superiore La Luna e il Falò di Terredavino is born in the renowned company vineyards located in Asti, Piedmont.

It is produced entirely from Barbera grapes, selected and harvested entirely by hand. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 - 30 ° C for about 15 days, followed quickly by the start of malolactic fermentation. The refinement takes place in barriques for about 12 months, during which this Barbera with its robust structure further enriches.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an elegant and harmonious bouquet with hints of violet, licorice and vanilla. On the palate it is full, soft and pleasantly dry. This wine is enriched by a refined base of vanilla and berries that support the rightly persistent finish.

Excellent to serve with mushrooms, cold cuts and salami, it is ideal with baked chicken and red meats cooked on the grill.
