Beautiful interpretation of Barbera, small red fruits on the nose, beautiful undergrowth nuances, drinkable with savory tannins, crunchiness and beautiful persistence.
Description
The Montalbera Barbera Solo Acciaio was born in vineyards located in Castagnole Monferrato, in the province of Asti.
It consists of 100% Barbera grapes, vinified in red in thermoregulated steel tanks, where the wine subsequently ages for a few months.
Purple-red in colour, it reveals aromas of blueberry and black cherry jam on the nose. The sip is fresh, full-bodied, with good persistence.
Excellent with baked pasta and grilled red meats.
