The Bardolino Doc Cottini Stile Naturale is produced at the Caprino Veronese Estate, from vineyards certified as "Biodiversity Friend".

This typical Veneto red wine, crafted by Cottini from organic grapes, undergoes fermentation in stainless steel, where it remains on the lees until bottling.

The result is a delicately fruity and smooth red, with notes of red fruit, cherry and violet and a fresh, lively taste that invites a second glass.

Ideal for everyday cuisine, from pasta with meat sauce to risotto with cheese, from roast chicken to pork stew, as well as charcuterie and cheese boards and dishes based on lake fish. Light and fruity, it seems made for sharing in good company.
