Description

Rosso Veronese Munus by Guerrieri Rizzardi is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Bardolino and Cavaion Veronese, in the classic area.

It is mainly produced with Corvina and Merlot and Ancellotta grapes, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in 25 hL French oak barrels, followed by a further refinement of a few months in the bottle, before being marketed.

Munus is characterized by a bright red color. The nose opens with hints of red and black berry fruit, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is intense and pleasantly full-bodied, concentrated.

Perfect to accompany roasts and spicy dishes, this wine is ideal in combination with smoked fish dishes.
